There is no limit. You can print as many labels as you like, for as long as you like.
No. Install right over the current version. Your saved labels are preserved and you can use them in the newer version of Visual Labels.
A. No. Visual Labels is designed to print one or more full sheets of the same label, e.g., multiple copies of a diskette label, a return address label, etc. However, we do have another label program that does allow you to use different data on each label. This program is Personal Mailing List.
To insert a picture or clip art, use the Clip Art Tool on the main toolbar. Click the Quick Tips button at the bottom of the screen for detailed instructions on adding a Clip Art object to the label.
When you place a Clip Art object to the label, you will immediately be presented with a Load Image File screen, allowing you to select any graphic file on your computer in any of the following formats: BMP, JPG, GIF, PCX, EMF and WMF.
There are a couple of ways to fine tune the alignment. The first way is to select Edit Change Label Layout User Defined Layout. Make the Left Margin slightly larger. This will cause printing to print further to the right. The second way is to select File Printer Fine Tuning, and increase the Left Margin Nudge.
Yes. Click Print to display the Labels Print screen. By default, the program will print your label on all the label positions on the sheet of labels. In the Select Labels to Print panel, all labels positions are colored red to indicate that those label positions will be printed. Click any label position to turn printing of that position off. Click again to turn printing on.
Sorry, no. Visual Labels is designed to work with sheet-fed printers such as LaserJet's, DeskJets, inkjets, etc., but not with continuous feed dot matrix printers.
