Serial Numbers: If you have lost your serial number, or need a new serial number:

  • If you purchased Visual Labels from Tailwag Software (after January 1, 2009) then use this link to request a serial number
  • If you purchased Visual Labels from RKS Software (before January 1, 2009) then you must use this page at RKS Software to request a serial number from RKS Software
